Infrared gold-plated light tube heating
Adopt infrared gold-plated light tube + high temperature resistant quartz glass, rapid heating, uniform temperature, good preheating effect, the large movement bottom preheating area, the PCB fixture can be adjusted flexibly in X and Y axes, and the maximum splint size can reach 610*480mm. The moottom strong cross-flow fan refrigeration, cooling quickly and reliably. In frared gold plated light tube can control the heating independently.

High-definition digital camera color optical vision alignment system, with split-light dual-color, wireless remote control, zoom in/out, including color difference resolution device, auto focus, software oeration function, the maximum repaired BGA size 80*80mm, the minimum repaired BGA size 0.8*0.8mm. And equipped with automatic color difference resolution and brightness adjustment device, manual control alignment with laser red dot.
HD touch screen control
Touch screen interface. PLC control, real-time temperature curve display, can display the setting curve and measured curve, can analyze the temperature vurve.
